A Path Written by
Curiosity & Courage
Growing up on Siargao Island — long before the world discovered its waves — I learned early that life rewards those willing to move toward the unfamiliar. That instinct carried me from island shores to Manila's hotel lobbies, across the Middle East, and eventually to Cebu, the city I now proudly call home.
My journey hasn't followed a straight line, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I started in civil engineering at Xavier University, then pivoted to computer systems and programming, graduating from AMA while working part-time as service crew. I moved into hospitality — Manila Pavilion Hotel, Dusit Hotel Nikko — before spending four years overseas in Muscat, Oman and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Living abroad taught me resilience, cultural fluency, and the art of connecting with people from vastly different worlds.
When I returned to the Philippines in 2012, I chose Cebu as my permanent home. I went back to school — earning my BS Business Administration from the University of San Jose-Recoletos in 2017, all while working full-time in BPO as a customer service representative and tech support specialist. After graduation, I made the leap into real estate, and I never looked back.
Today, I specialize in luxury residences with Shang Properties — but what truly drives me is the intersection of behavioral psychology and human connection. I don't believe in pressure tactics. I believe in understanding people, earning trust, and guiding decisions with clarity and care.
