A path written by
curiosity & courage
Growing up on Siargao Island — long before the world discovered its waves — I learned early that life rewards people willing to move toward the unfamiliar. That instinct carried me from island shores to Manila's hotels, across the Middle East, and eventually to Cebu, the city I now call home.
My path has never been straight, and I wouldn't have it any other way. I started in civil engineering at Xavier University, pivoted to computer systems at AMA, then spent four years overseas in Muscat, Oman and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Living abroad taught me resilience, cultural fluency, and the quiet art of connecting with people from vastly different worlds.
I returned to the Philippines in 2012 and chose Cebu. Went back to school — earned my BS Business Administration from University of San Jose-Recoletos while working full-time in BPO. In 2015, I stepped into real estate. I never looked back.
Today, more than a decade in, I work as a Accredited real estate advisor. I study behavioral psychology the same way I approach the gym: as practice, not theory. I don't believe in pressure. I believe in understanding people, earning trust, and guiding decisions with clarity.
